April's Bee Blocks!

EDIT: I have updated the PDF with corrections since the email I sent you. xoxo

Ladies! I sent out my fabrics today (sorry so late!), so you should see them asap. I'm so excited, because I got MY fabric just in time to send to you!

The block I'd love for you to make for me is a classic X Plus block, I've included cut instructions here in a PDF. :)

What size block do you want your bee partners to make?
The block measures 10'' FINISHED, 10 1/2'' unfinished.

Can your partners use any of their stash fabric in your blocks? Any limitations?
There's enough fabric included to make one block, with some leftovers. If you'd like to add in some of your own fabric, that's fine, just use something bright and happy!

What color thread?
White, I suppose, but I'm not picky.

Do your partners have to use at least a little bit of every fabric you send?
You can decide, but what I've sent is exactly what the block requires--no need to add anything else if you don't want to.

Here's a link to some pretty, pretty X Plus blocks. I love them!

Bijou Lovely's X Plus Quilt

Also, a blog that walks you through the construction, if you'd like pictures. (PS, don't use her measurements though, they're not the same!)

If you'd like to make more than one block, you'll have to use some of your own scraps--but I'd love it! The final quilt will be at least 25 blocks, so I can use all the help I can get!

You are welcome to keep your scraps if you'd like them.

Thanks, sweet gals!
xoxo
