Half Way Caught Up...

I've been catching up this week.  First with Trish's Swoon block.

Trish, I loved making your block so much!  Such pretty fabrics!  And a pretty block too.  I've had the Swoon pattern forever, but never made a block, so I was happy for the little push to make it.  Thank you Lori for resized diagram!  I didn't even need to pull out my pattern it was so clear.

Jodi's blocks were so fun and easy to make.  4 patches are my favorite.

The fabrics for this quilt took me out of my usual color palette, and I loved every minute of it.  They are so crisp, fun, and energetic.  I just had to put the bees and honey comb squares together, even if it was predictable, total fabric love!  This finished quilt is going to be awesome.

I'm going to TRY to finish up Sinta and Melissa's blocks this week and get them all in the mail together.  I'd hate to suffer from post Post Office traumatic stress by going twice... yes that is a really dumb joke, Claire...
