April's block: I will admit - this block tried my patience at the beginning, but by the end, I was really enjoying it! I am going to make a pillow out of this block for my Grandma for Christmas. But don't tell her.
Emily's Block: I loved making this one! I loved playing with the scraps.
I'm feeling like my paper-piecing skills are getting better, thanks to these two projects - and I really liked doing them. I'm definitely excited to see both quilts!
That's been my experience with paper piecing--at first it's really frustrating, but once you get the hang of it, it's really fun and satisfying. I love my block so much, thank you! xoxo
